We will combine pranayama (breathwork practices) with a gentle flow, to create a space of solace from stress and anxiety. The class will be a mixture of hatha postures and dynamic sequences, with lots of variations and alternatives, allowing students to shape their own practice. Some classes will also end with sound baths before silent meditation. Sponsored by: Bard Athletics.
